ABOUT US

I am a business consultant who fell in love with the Pet Industry while helping a client at Bark and Purr Grooming in Allen.  It was when I started to see pups come in with basic health issues that HAD caring Pawrents that I realized that even the best Pawparents didn't have all of the knowledge and tools to keep their pups healthy and happy.  That's when I made it her mission to learn everything I could on the various subjects and decided top create this Blog and share that knowledge via Social Channels and through Search.

 The "Wagging Tails, Happy Pawrents" name came from seeing how happy pups got after implementing a few things that added to the caring environment at the shop.  I also noticed how they "acted" when they saw their Pawrents after they had been given a bath, spa treatment or haircut.  All of a sudden they were confident, perky, and in general walking around like a "new pup".  Even when the pups came in looking sad, they left happy.   When the Pawrents starting calling me after they got home to tell me that this was the first time after a Groom that their pup came home energetic and happy.  They also looked forward to coming in for a groom, jumping off the car when they got to the shop.

At that point, I knew I  was onto something, and created my own vision of what the perfect "Pet Spa" would be like.

Because of her Digital Marketing background, the idea to create a blog was an interim way to impact the happiness of pups until I open up my  first shop to make it all come to life.

​

So here it is!  She I am just a couple of months away from unveiling my new concept, but in the meanwhile, enjoy the Blog posts and join the Pawrent Forums!  Contribute your own knowledge to the community of Pawparents.
