Review the full 12-month schedule before you commit. Sign the simple contract. Done.

What's the commitment?
No contract. Your member rate is locked for 12 months, and you can cancel anytime after Month 6 with 30 days' notice. We built this for PAWrents who want a real routine — not a contract trap.
Can I skip or reschedule a visit?
Yes. Life happens. Reschedule up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Need to skip a month entirely? Email us — we'll rebalance your year.
What's included beyond the groom?
Every Den Club visit includes free toothbrushing and free nail grinding — no add-on charge, ever. (At walk-in, those run $20–$30 per visit depending on size, so over a year it's real money.) Other add-ons — de-shedding treatments, dematting, blueberry facial, etc. — are billed separately at the regular member rate.
What if my dog hates getting groomed?
Our Tranquil Tail Grooming® methodology is built around Fear-Free principles. Every groomer on the team is trained in CARE — Compassion / Awareness / Respect / Education. Your dog's experience is the product, not just the cut.
